These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ATN88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing ATN88, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ATN88. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements range from 10x to 20x the bonus value depending on the specific promotion claimed.
Withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit via DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, and other supported methods. KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "You") and ATN88 (hereinafter referred to as "ATN88", "We", "Us", or "Our"), operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://atn88.cam (the "Platform").

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the ATN88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your membership:
Age Verification: ATN88 may request documentary proof of age at any stage. Accounts where age cannot be verified to our satisfaction will be suspended and any funds held will be subject to review pending verification. We are committed to preventing underage gambling and will cooperate with authorities in all cases involving suspected underage access.
Each individual Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the ATN88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering an Account, you agree to:
ATN88 will never ask for your account password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from ATN88 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately. ATN88 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
ATN88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate any balance therein, in circumstances including but not limited to:
ATN88 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with our international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All Players are required to complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal.
Players must submit the following documents when requested:
ATN88 will endeavour to complete KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required. ATN88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to place holds on withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

ATN88 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels:
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for all e-wallet and FPX bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of RM100 at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. ATN88 does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are held in your own name. ATN88 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
The ATN88 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. ATN88 is not responsible for any exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.
Players may request a withdrawal from their Account Balance subject to the following conditions being satisfied:

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 for e-wallet methods and RM100 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by VIP tier. Diamond tier players have no fixed daily limit subject to account standing. Please contact support for tier-specific limit information.
ATN88 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. In accordance with our AML obligations, we reserve the right to require withdrawals to be returned via the same payment method used for deposit, to request additional source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or withhold withdrawals pending compliance review. ATN88 will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
ATN88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are disclosed at the time of each promotion. Where a conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, all ATN88 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of between 10x and 20x the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a RM100 welcome bonus with a 15x wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
While Bonus Funds remain active in a Player's Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is RM250 unless otherwise specified in the promotion. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in the immediate forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Standard contribution rates are as follows:
ATN88 reserves the right to amend game contribution rates at any time with reasonable notice.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of credit. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days as specified in the applicable promotion. Any Bonus Funds and associated conditional winnings remaining in a Player's Account upon expiry will be forfeited automatically.
ATN88 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk or hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation schemes. ATN88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
ATN88's sportsbook offers wagering markets on a range of sports including football (Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and other leagues), basketball (NBA), mixed martial arts (UFC), and other events. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as displayed on the Platform. ATN88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a defined period, or affected by circumstances rendering a fair result impossible.
All casino games available on the ATN88 Platform are operated by certified third-party game providers. Game rules, paytables, and RTP percentages are disclosed within each game interface. ATN88 accepts no responsibility for technical malfunctions occurring within third-party game software, though disputes arising from such malfunctions will be referred to the relevant game provider for resolution.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the ATN88 Platform's records shall constitute the primary evidence of the transaction. Players wishing to raise a dispute must do so within 72 hours of the disputed event by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected].
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ATN88 Platform:

Players are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ATN88.
Unauthorised use of ATN88's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws, and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ATN88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
ATN88's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ATN88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the ATN88 Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose money. ATN88 accepts no responsibility for any financial losses incurred through gambling on the Platform.
ATN88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ATN88 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which ATN88 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral body in the applicable jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
Malaysian Players acknowledge that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the use of this Platform, and that they may face limitations in pursuing legal remedies under Malaysian law in respect of their use of ATN88.
